What to Expect During Your Appointment

Your fibroblast session begins with a thorough consultation to assess your skin’s condition and treatment goals. Once the area is cleansed, a topical numbing cream is applied for comfort.

Using a handheld device, plasma energy is delivered to the surface of the skin in small, controlled bursts. This creates tiny thermal injuries (carbon dots) that stimulate immediate skin contraction and jumpstart collagen production.

The treatment typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated.

Do not pick or scratch the carbon dots; they will flake off naturally in 5–7 days

Keep the area dry and protected; we’ll provide post-care ointment
Some redness, swelling, or a sunburn-like sensation may occur for 1–3 days
Wear high SPF daily once healed to protect your results
