Chemical Peels
Refine Texture. Brighten Tone. Reveal Radiant Skin.
Chemical peels are one of the most effective ways to refresh your complexion, target specific skin concerns, and achieve a healthy, luminous glow. By gently exfoliating the outer layers of skin, peels stimulate new cell growth, even out skin tone, and reduce imperfections—leaving you with a smoother, brighter complexion.
At Rare Beauty Med Spa, we offer customized chemical peels for all skin types and tones. Whether you’re looking to address acne, dullness, fine lines, or pigmentation, we’ll tailor your peel to your goals for a glow that looks effortless.

What to Expect During Your Peel Appointment
Your treatment begins with a skin analysis to determine the best peel for your skin’s current needs. We offer light to medium-depth peels using professional, medical-grade solutions—formulated to deliver maximum results with minimal irritation.
After cleansing, the customized solution is gently applied to your skin. You may feel a mild tingling or warmth, but discomfort is minimal. The peel is left on for a precise amount of time, then neutralized or layered with a calming serum, depending on the formula used.
Most treatments take 30–45 minutes and require no downtime, though some light flaking or peeling may occur in the days following.

Types of Concerns We Treat with Peels
-
Acne and congestion -
Uneven tone or hyperpigmentation -
Sun damage and melasma -
Fine lines and rough texture -
Dull or dry skin -
Enlarged pores
How to Prepare Before Your Appointment
- Discontinue retinol or exfoliating products 3–5 days before your peel
- Avoid sun exposure or tanning for at least 5 days prior
- Inform us of any recent facials, microneedling, or laser treatments
- Do not wax or shave the treated area for 24 hours before
- Let us know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications that affect the skin

Aftercare & Recovery
Post-peel care is essential to maximize your glow and prevent irritation:
- Use gentle, hydrating skincare products (we’ll recommend the best ones)
- Avoid retinol, exfoliants, or actives for 5–7 days post-treatment
- Expect light flaking or peeling for a few days—don’t pick at your skin
- Apply SPF daily and avoid sun exposure during the healing phase
- Hydrate inside and out to support skin renewal
Results will continue to improve over the next 1–2 weeks. For best results, we may recommend a series of peels spaced a few weeks apart.
